Holy crap. This manga actually has me liking the haughty rich girl character, Mirei.

She's genuinely nice and looks out for the MC as a human being, with no deep meaning behind it. She has her clear flaws as a human, namely her jealousy and feelings of ibferiority, but she treats the MC with actual respect and tells him to value himself more.

I don't even necessarily want to see her in any kind of romantic relationship with the MC. I just want to see her be a super cool person.

Yeah, she's pretty cool. Despite feeling insulted, she doesn't go down that path, but instead maintains respect and gives him some advice. Drill hair's great, too.

If there's a romantic relationship between her and the MC, I want her to win. Otherwise it's just the standard no-chance rival brought in for drama.

if you read the LN, im sure your gonna love her more. She's the best girl in this series after all
