Yume Mitai Kusuri > Yume Miru Kusuri (rather than Yume Nikki; it's mentioned to be a love story so Yume Nikki wouldn't fit)

Doki Doki Memento > Tokimeki Memorial (?) (heartbeat sounds + rememberance)

Heartlock Boyfriend > Hatoful Boyfriend (?) ("hatoful" can be interpreted as both "heartful" and "pigeonful")

Gokudou 7 > Yakuza 7/Yakuza: Like a Dragon/Like a Dragon 7: The Whereabouts of Light and Darkness (gokudou (極道, "Extreme Path") is a synonym for yakuza primarily used by the yakuza themselves)
