she keeps choosing the wrong option, again and again.
yep, I think the one that were still defending her ... well, look she got once again the chance to no f*ck up, but she choose to just get in the mud and not fix her shit and in the worst case f*ck with Eiji's live once again.

I personally don't really feel sorry for her, but I will say that the string of unending torture she goes through just starts reading like victim porn after awhile--especially once her mom collapses, ends up in hospital, then renounces Miyuki, and Miyuki is left alone in her house shunned by everyone--unable to eat, doesn't bathe, goes full shut-in and it just goes on and on and on like this with her going insane from depression, guilt, regret, and isolation.

I'm not all caught up on the WN at the moment, but last I left off when the Prime Minister was getting involved through Ai's dad's disastrous political suicide, it was still ongoing and I honestly would prefer she just disappear from the narrative, rather than be locked into that monotonous hell of "checking in on Miyuki and ....yep, her life is still shit. More at 11."

I'm not saying she needs to be given a chance at redemption; maybe a hard-restart like moving to a new city and changing her name or something. But she just needs to be allowed to leave the story, if all she's doing is wallowing at rock bottom with no further plot relevance whilst taking up narrative space from other goings on.
The way literally everyone appears to be mobilizing to save the MC I expect the final chapter to start with:
People of Earth, I am chancellor Moktovar of the galactic Star federation. We have heard tales of the student wronged by the lying hoe Miyuki. We have dispatched our entire star Armada and stand ready to render aid.

Quick correction, it's Henry the Eight. Could be an error on the mangaka's side, but V|I would be 7th. What you want is VIII.
To me it also read as Henry 6-i since the VI were accompanied by that clear and blatant 'I'. Which I could not unsee and spent a good minute on the panel for.

Man, the teachers in this manga are the real reason ones. This guy is actually looking into it as if he was a detective with the police instead of trying to sweep it away.

Also, hell no, even if you knew she was lying, don't feel sorry or apologize about her. This is the bed she made.

The whole inquisition on the class is great. Can't wait till the part where everyone starts getting caught.
and I kinda liked how he went in his internal nerdy rant about historical figures, like sure he's acting as a detective, but at the end of the day, he's a teacher that actually loves his job and can be a little silly (like super well done in not making him just a detective when he's actually a teacher)
Eh I'm not sorry for her, and I hope sensei won't take pity of her and try to make her into a victim.
But more importantly, can we find a girlfriend for sensei? The guy deserves his own harem romcom.
his comment was pretty much thinking about her, like he gave her the benefit of the doubt before starting his questions (the historical rant to just think as kids in romance), to by the end noticing she made her choices about the f*ck up sh!t they pulled.
Henry VIII, not VII. And what abdication crisis? Henry VIII never abdicated. Is this maybe mixing up details with the future King Edward VIII, who did cause a crisis that resulted in his abdication?

Edit: partially ninja'ed
I think it could be a miss in TL, and the reference is more about how anglicanism came to be, like the "breaking" with the catholic church. A big change in history made by a messy love relationship.

I understand why all 3 students were such assholes, even her. But I do think the teacher should have made some appeal to their good nature, especially to Miyuki since from Sensei's perspective, the situation escalated out of control and he could at least assume she didn't intend for that to happen. That being said I do share the sentiment of appreciation that others have shown for the teachers in this manga actually behaving like reasonable people.

Also, the bitch has it coming. She's still perpetuating the slander despite feeling bad about it. Going back the Senpai's bed could've been comfort seeking; but not setting the record straight is malice.
Don't let history make you forget about this particular ear worm...

(Also, while I'd never completely trust it because of the general mess it returns, throwing the page at Google Lens spits back "divorce issue")

At this point, it feels like everybody in the entire soccer club who is helping the criminal (yes criminal not just bully) should have some level of punishment such as getting kicked off the team and losing any chance for their scholarship or future

For anyone who thinks this is unrealistic you haven't observed high school cheating as an adult. A chaste relationship being broken up by someone like soccer chad here, the girl has no chance. Once she makes that first mistake her brain is just shorted out on oxytocin and dick, it's a crazy thing to see happen but it's a real phenomenon.
Real shit though. I’ve seen it happen plenty of times, and even had it happen to me

It’s absolutely wild to see play out in real time

The problem is that she instantly shot herself in the foot with that weird ass reaction, before he even had the chance to ask her anything

She made herself look sus/guilty, she's a colossal dumbass

Still don't really like how perfect all the staff are from a storytelling/realistic perspective
They are a little too competent, but I do like the change of status quo in this manga compared to similar series where they're either not present, are present but not doing anything, or actively making the situation worse.

Perhaps some more investigating at the start would've made their support easier to believe? All they know is that a student is being bullied, and testimonials from the victim's friend, the victim themselves, and their own experience being with him. It's enough to back him, but the resources being spent seems extraordinary. If they had concrete evidence of the situation, it'd make sense why they are so active in this case.

By abdication crisis, they probably refer to Edward VIII abdication crisis in 1936 where instead of being a classical king, he kept dicking around with Wallis Simpson, a married woman. Long story short, there was a huge mess about whether they could marry or not and Edward eventually abdicated the throne.

again, we see miyuki only trying to cover her own ass. no thought for Eiji, no care for anyone else. just a selfish mindset for her own convenience.

the downfall of all those involved will be satisfying as hell, with an emphasis on the HELL

Pretty sad that Teacher willingly give Amada a chance to lessen her punishment by admitting the truth, only for her to did nothing but make it worse for herself. As other said, what she did ended up turning her crime from a lie, and "misunderstanding" into "knowingly providing false testimony, and implying she knowingly helping someone in committing a crime"
