I don't know Sapporo, but I went for skiing when I was not used to snow / cold. Your cloches seem fine (depending the températures and humidity, and what you plan to do, like exercising outside). Something that you may have disregarded is head gear: if you have sensitive eyes, light reflecting...

Please note that in French, "chou" is also a term of endearment, like in "mon chou" (my love, cutie pie...) or just saying "c'est trop chou" = it's so cute/ kawaii.
