I don't know the timeframe, but this manga adapted from 600+ Chapters WN.
The WN finished sometime around 2021-2022 (with so many supplement chapters after the main plot ended). And the event in this manga chapter was 73-75th WN chapter.

Well, I didn't read LN Isekai Kenkokui, maybe it's just overused plot like you said.

Iirc it's almost 1:1. Dude had his wife raped by the lord, she commits suicide, and he manages to cross the border to another nation in his last moments, getting arrows to land close and give reason to attack
