This is most likely a prologue to the next big arc, but it still feels like this should be stretched three chapters. He's a god, it's said in one of the previous chapters. As for killing humans, the turn into youkai part is only if the human is innocent, which these guys definitely aren't.

Ngl for a moment I forgot about kurahashi and toubyou and was more focused on kashima😭never realized I cared about him that much… but he's such a babygirl in this chapter I cannot ignore him😩
I want to ride on the kurahashi x toubyou doomed yaoi train but I feel like we didn't witness that much of their relationship for me to be emotional about them😭though I did get emotional when toubyou called kurahashi by his first name which he usually doesn't, and kurahashi being effected by it to the point he immediately stopped fighting and was about to drop his weapon🥹
