I just am annoyed at the fact that we constantly need to be reminded that she left him behind to live her best life while he watched her from his window getting back home late with some guys he doesn't know.
(even if the 3 panel-sequence where she increasingly turns away from him is quite well done)

We get it. He is sigma and wants to better himself and finally grasp what he wanted all along but we don't need to be reminded every 5 chapters.. kind of feels like he can't let it go?

Plenty of mangas suffer from this. Reading the chapters back to back is awesome and very rewarding since you don't have the long downtime between them. Dress up Darling spend like half a year on figuring out which black fabric to pick for a cos. Therefore the "dragging" sentiment.
