I am once again asking for a series of oneshots (a la Heretic Slayer) where a god-like being solves very stupid misunderstandings and miscommunications (or lack thereof).

These FMCs deserve better, but should also be better tbh

I’d kill to have some freakishly good copycat artist act as that god and snipe a bunch of other people’s romcom manga’s for oneshots and illustrate how easy almost all of them could be “solved” in a conversation or even a few sentences of normal, honest interaction (and occasionally just enact polygamy for the harem ones since it’d be the optimal solution anyways)

It’d all be in good fun, we know who this formula is made for but some genre self awareness would be catharsis incarnate

This was refreshing. Seeing her finally acknowledging she likes him, and realizing she set herself up to lose.
While the MC also realizing he likes her but doesn't want to betray her.
Rooting for Himari but yeah, lets keep seeing her suffering for a little while 🤣

yeah, I kinda get it stronger now, it happened and I remember that I got angry at the time, because I just started to date and suddenly got confessed that she liked me, unlike Yuu I tried to be more proactive but I thought I got rejected.

I feel like the only one that's going to be hurt is Enomoto, and also the MC even in HS he was still remembering his first love, but when she reappeared it started to be clear that he liked Himari, which could have been conveyed better before.

I got here for the anime announced, but prolly not gonna watch it, still gonna read the manga, it's not bad and we got good TL too.

I think Himari is stupid. She likes the mc but still continues to toy with this relationship and dates dozens of other people. If enomoto didn't appear as a threat, would the story become like manga "someone's girlfriend" ? so i support mc's situation with enomoto more.

She's not just arrogant, she's plain mean. I have a hard time empathizing with her because of her personality. People like that always end up betraying you in some disappointing way. Of course this is a rom-com but I wanted to warn about people like her.

She said why she wasn't being honest. She wanted to push the line without stepping over so that she could have an out if things didn't work out, and that was the very thing that insured she'd lose.

If it needed any more confirming that Ennamoto solely exists to be the story's punching bag for Himari to win MC's heart, here it is. She played with fire and should get burned, but I don't think the author has the balls for that.
