The fact that he did everything to support his sisters & that they fired him leaves me wondering if the mom even had a team in place that can pick up the slack or know to manage them.
If she was smart enough, she would use that inheritance money to hire a team to manage them.

However, they have been relying too much on him to do all the heavy lifting behind the scenes with so much skill that anybody else they hire after would be inadequate. They would wonder why everything went wrong after he left. But instead of realizing that, they would blame everyone except themselves.

Yes. My assumptions are pretty cliche.

Feel like this support are useless cliche won’t really work at all on the modern entertainment industry. At least in isekai settings the author can make the rules as much as they want, the party could become totally useless without the mc and with proper settings and some clever writings it could make sense why they didn’t even realize it until it’s too late (though most of them are plain stupid though). While as a celebrity manager there are only so much you can do to contribute to what they do, like for example manager of an actor doesn’t have anything to do with their acting. Not saying they don’t need a supporter at all ofc but since the 7 of them are already big celebrities they could just hire a professionals instead, like any problems that could happened with mc’s absent could all be literally be resolved with money. Way easier than finding a party member that could properly fulfill mc role at least. But of course seeing a spoiler from other comments

That the mother had to be so extremely cheapskate that she hires 1 fucking high schooler intern instead 🫤. Like having 7 celebrities daughter would make her extremely rich already, hiring good managers wouldn’t hurt her. And if they still couldn’t cover what mc could do, literally just hire more for each specific role, like manager, bodyguard, etc.

From what I've seen of the source WN,

the mother did not. Her next move is to hire a student intern from the MC's last school to handle MC's portfolio because "interns are cheap" and expects her (and their official secretary) to just take over MC's duties like that.
That was so spectacular Self Destruct of Evil Misandrist

In case someone here hasn’t heard of the “shoelacer story yet”
This meme has some obvious exaggerations out of hatred.

Foe example, there's no “OH MY GOD, support classes can do SUPPORT?!” — “MASAKA” — “BAKANA” in these types of stories, they are not so silly after all. The banished supporter always happens to be not just any adventurer of their support class, but rather at the top of his class (or even unique). Examples:

① In “Yami Healer” (currently airing) the top ranking party's healer has always been among the top healers, almost on a level of a Saint (in part thanks to being taught by an extraordinary sensei), and thus the party could not ever find a replacement for him.

② In “Aparida” (currently airing) the top ranking party's support magician was a rare class Red Mage who could stack multiple debuffs and was an avid collector of very useful rare artifacts.

③ The protagonist of “Beast Tamer” (aired in 2022) could tame the strongest species.

④ A breeding ground of very strong monsters happened to be the place where the protagonist of “S-kyuu Party kara Tsuihou Sareta Karyuudo, Jitsuha Sekai Saikyou ~Shatei 9999 no Otoko, Teikoku no Sogekishu Toshite Musou Suru~” grew and survived, and that made him able to one-shot ridiculously high-level monsters from ridiculously long distances.

Usually that would be true, but one of the earlier spoilers has already mentioned that the protagonist of this story was, in fact, related and essential to the quality of acting exhibited by his actor sister.

[All the stuff you just said]
In lieu of just posting the nerd emoji 20 times in a row, I will admit that, yes, it’s not always like this. Every Narou story will have its own variations, but like in 80-90% of these stories the MC is banished for the reason of “not contributing to the party” or what have you.

It’s appealing to the timeless fantasy of a person being abused by their workforce, even though they know they’re a valuable part of it and the company would die without them. Regardless of whether the MC is skilled or not, the fantasy will proceed the same.
