I think the quality will depend on how involved Norio going to be. The announcement says

Fully supervised by Norio Sensei!

so I'm hoping that means she'll be doing the writing or at least be working closely with the new mangaka to plan things out.

Maybe because that's also influenced with the manga being told from Kyotaro's POV: since he already knows his parents, of course he'll be more interested in Anna's folks.

Turns out, he's more like her dad than his own biological dad

Being fair, Kyotaro and his biological father not only are look alike, but it seems he inherited his patience and cold brain for analysis (considering he's a professor)
