This is so much garbage. This is so much trash. Honestly this plot is 0/10, and the execution is a 0/10 too.

Everything is off, the father is completely irrational, the mother is a piece of shit too cause she honestly should have just gone and done SOMETHING. Instead she let her newborn son be imprisoned for YEARS. Go and talk to the king or something, at least TRY.

The torture stuff is also complete garbage. The usual trope of conveniently meeting the princess JUST OUTSIDE of his lifelong prison. And of course, the rapist knights. Yeah sure add more to the bonfire of shit. I wonder who the hell actually published this garbage.

And after being tortured for 10 years, Ars just left? No revenge? Let me guess, an extremely edgy plot where the author includes mature themes like rape or torture, but the protagonist responds to everything like a shōnen protagonist and can't kill anyone? Of course, his inability to kill will have some kind of ass-pull explanation like "mommy asked me to be good" or some shit like that.

When they revealed his powers I thought it’d be a super amped version and he could hear the heart of the world or hear the magic/mana flowing through the air, something interesting. Instead he inexplicably recreates magic perfectly, nothing saying that he could’ve overheard magic lessons or a magician experimenting just a full asspull, and then coincidentally has massive magic reserves bc of his mom. This could’ve worked but the author wanted to focus on torture and wanting the dad to be an unredeemable asshole instead of properly building his main character. This is slop of of slops holy shit.
