The art is OK, and that doesn't come anywhere near saving an utterly lazy plot with absolutely inane developments. I remember when i was 16-18, every harem was very nice to read and gave 10/10 willy nilly to every single one of them.
Combine with the fact that a noticeable number of guys who went from high school straight to office to work like a zombie in Japan. It's their escape from reality

As we read more manga, we begin to see the pattern. Thus, demanding more and more interesting plot to the story.
But overall, this manga isn't so bad. But 8.29 is too high. Personally, i give it 6.5-7 top.

 So many professionals at the top of their fields and not one, not even the adult who should have at least a decade of experience before mc was even born, knows how their industry works?
8 people and not one was ever asked "who does X for you, they must be great"?
8 people and they  all managed to trick him for so long even though his entire life revolved around them?

There's a reason Cinderella didn't have 100 evil sisters.
Author needs to go easy with asking "why not?" and go back to the fundamentals, mainly, asking "why?" instead.

In manga sites there is a certain logic to follow: substract around 2-3 points for any harem, revenge, romance or if has a copious amounts of edginess or is too cute and you will get a better approximation. I also used to get bothered by absolute bottom of the barrel slop like this getting more than 5, but it's what it is, lower common denominator slop.

It's quite crazy, but even shonen jump mangas get more scrutiny than these kind of good guy self insert fantasy for otaku.

Anyone knows absolutely no professional in their right mind would do what the very evil family, whose head family is the CEO mind you, does because it's suicidal for ther careers.

The point here is self insert fantasy where good guy is very good and right and bad guys are very bad and wrong, not doing a good story and care about things like suspension of disbelief. And the rest of empty space is filled by drawings of cute girls with big bazonkas.
