Do they must use special equipment there? Rather than let's say, bringing SMG there? Like I get it that they got strengthened in a way inside the dungeon only (thus many times people get reminded that don't get big headed after feeling strong inside the dungeon), but I don't understand in the modern era, they didn't bring modern weapon there.

Don't they need to be at least have combat experience there? Even enhanced, the random gal can suddenly use the sword nicely, do they instantly got fighting skill inside the dungeon along their enhanced strength? Or perhaps later it will get explained that these gals are certified kendo athlete or something, idk

It's hard to grasp the world setting since these girls entering a dungeon that apparently has monsters that possibly able to kill them and treating it like some part time gig for easy cash. Is it dangerous or not? If it is, even just a little, wouldn't be make sense if they care more about some safety?
