I haven't seen it mentioned yet, but it seems pretty clear that having sex with any guy will delay zombiefication. It's not some special power that just the MC has. That's why the Gyaru's dad had it and when the MC asked if he had the same power, the mom said "Something like that...", because she knew it wasn't a special power. Plus the police women are clearly capturing any guy and "using him up" to delay their zombiefication.
