This "Rei-Sama" fanatic is exactly what the MC fears and has his radar on to be cautious around. And she is likely not the only obsessive girl the MC has had to deal with over time.

This is the premise of the manga to the degree that it's in the title. The chapter count is in single digits. New main chapters come out every other week and are short enough that we are almost definitely not even done with the first volume of the series.

I know it can be frustrating to watch romcom protagonists be dense, but pace yourself.

I know that you're right it's just.. it feels like it's been forever since even chapter 5 came out. I could read like 70 chapters of a manga in this amount of time. Ive literally binged multiple shows.
