So I’ve got kind of a weird question, but in the original game, how exactly did the sister form a whole party Against pride, made up of all the people she’d hurt most? Doesn’t seem like pride would’ve let her get anywhere near her favorite toys.

plus, stale was under a slave contract and the fiancé locked himself in his room. Those feel like pretty hard people for her to have reached with enough frequency and consistency to form a party with them

I imagined them to be discarded by Pride and Tiara collects them like abandoned puppies.

Which means Pride don't keep her toys until they die, which now that you bring it up, might not be what she would do.

If I remember from the light novel, Original Tiara was confined to her room until the next capture target comes along. Original Pride used the next capture target to win Tiara's heart and than crush it just for a laugh. However Tiara gained more allies by talking to the other capture targets during that time.

This goes into some major spoiler territory: Read at your own risk
The novel explanation, sorta:
Many of the routes basically is just game Tiara and her love interest usually finding some way to defeat game Pride or were trying to escape but end up facing game Pride anyway. However, it isn't until a much later volume of the novel that reveals that game Tiara isn't a typical heroine. Game Tiara is able to use throwing knives, she's like deadly accurate with them, and in some routes it is her that kills game Pride, usually a knife to the heart. Other times it'll be the love interest that overcomes and kills game Pride like game Arthur.

Tiara that we know later learns how to use throwing knives when she wants to be helpful to Pride, and she was being secretive about it. And just like her game counterpart, she is very deadly with those throwing knives. This reveal happens when Pride helps stop an invasion and puts her life on the line alongside her kingdom's army, which reveals how powerful their army is because of all the special power users and how they developed tactics around them. Pride sees Tiara taking down enemy soldiers with her throwing knives where she remembers about game Tiara.

Actually loves someone else... Well, considering the game and all, we do have a new MC, who Pride doesn't quite count as the MC, even if all readers do.

One happy guy and two blushing maidens. He's making an impression.

So, if he locked himself in, how did Tiara reach him?

"The love he speaks of is not real."
It wasn't in the other universe, but as usual she fails to consider any potential changes. Though it might be a bit early for true feelings, he doesn't have any reasons not to develop them.

Of course his climbing path has to snake up. It can't go straight like any sane person would've done it.

I think he's sufficiently loyal that she doesn't have to worry about whether he can commit crimes or act against her.

I'm guessing game logic. Doesn't always make sense, and puts character ahead of a logical plot.

If you want to climb it like a ladder, you would go straight. If you want to climb it like stairs without going too far out of the way laterally, go for the snake. Val seems like he might have had his hands full on the way up, so the latter is probably wiser.

That would make sense, if it wasn't for that it also goes vertical for several steps.
