Dora has already gone over the topic in an earlier chapter. It's the same vein as falcons or eagles swooping in to kill and eat chickens. They may both be birds (dragons) but they're not the same species, hence it is not cannibalism to them.

It's worth it for the blessings. And high maintenance? I forgot if he was supposed to send them food every day or every week, but all he has to do is "online shop" then send it to them. Easy job for more power and divine protection, especially if it's weekly.
