It was kinda obvious the moment they introduced Louise that the dragons he befriended aren't just going to be supporting characters. Her hairstyle and eyes were too humanoid to not be a love interest.
Also the fact that besides Kris, they are always female.

Yeah and he has to EAT alot. which perhaps sounds cool but it must cost a fortune for him. and it is possible that he does need to rest alot to recover. it is a BIG weakness if he needs to fight alot of monsters.

He’s also a 1 man operation with several contracts going on at once (especially if he’s trying to compete with his giant old guild). makes way more sense to multitask rather than wearing himself out every 5 minutes

I like that the is MC strong, but he has clear drawbacks that would hinder him if he can't one shot and when the fight goes longer then 30 seconds. So he still needs to rely on his dragons.

That does make you wonder just what is the exchange rate. Like, does killing one large monster while in dragon form pay for itself in terms of energy spent to kill it to food gained by eating it?

I wonder, if he gains some kind of rapid eating power, could he just eat the things he kills and continue going? Or is there something dragon that can eat a lot and store the excess energy for later use? Maybe there is a camel dragon out there somewhere just waiting to be contracted?

If that's true than her power has become nearly pointless for him if anything over 5 seconds means he still has to eat afterwards.

Then again, that dragonification power is pretty much the embodiment of his vague amount of plot armor, so I guess being able to see it comes with an equally vague amount of cost.

Dragonform energy consumption is a real downside even though it seems he uses it frequently even if it is a small amounts. He can prep by overeating and storing the energy for other stuff. It's not like he needs to though since his dragons are OP
