The first thing I thought of when I saw that last page was that episode of Grey's Anatomy where Meredith tried to drown herself in her bathtub after losing her mother. Now, I don't know whether it's going to go that far, I am however very much worried for the future especially considering the "Blue Yuri Future". What if Koga wasn't the center of that bad timeline, but it had something to do with Aya. We just assumed Koga because rock stars. The plot thickens and I don't like where it's going.

Her overthinking and insecurity shoots up high, she needs to communicate instead worrying about Koga sees her like a lame girl which Koga surely didn't think of her that way. She needs to learn getting sick isn't about being weak it happens even in healthy person.

Also, to stay more on topic for the chapter itself, I'm pretty sure that last page is going to lead to maybe Koga coming in with her or something? It seems like something Koga would do now that she's more confident in herself, and even more so because she's open about how she feels about Aya.

It’s stress. She is overworking herself due to her insecurities next to her waifu. Aya thinks Koga is so wonderful, and she has no actual “thing” that she is good at herself, that she tries to push herself academically. Additionally, she feels that if she shows any weakness or passivity that she will be left behind, especially by Koga.

She’s not trying to drown herself. 🤦‍♀️ She just stuck her head underwater (Japanese baths are very deep). And in the last panel she hears the doorbell. Either Koga or her friends or both are coming for an intervention/let’s all help Aya gathering.
