I think I've read through what has been translated of this series 3 or so times by now, and I'm still not completely sure whether she knows he can't see her face. The closest thing was probably of page 9 of the first chapter when he remarks that her "face was visible just now" to her, but for all I know that could be a quirk of translation with him just commenting on her face or it could be her not thinking much of his comment. Even when she spooks him by bringing her face really close to him or turning around suddenly, there's never any explicit statements from her. When they're drawing each other's faces, she just thinks "I'm curious how he will draw my face." So I think she knows, but I still have a little seed of doubt.
