The sword reminded me of that old lady who died from internal bleeding after eating toasted bread that was a bit scratchy and it opened up her esophagus. She complained about throat pain to the doctor, but it wasn't properly diagnosed until days later when the condition became severe

When she first came in she reported the pain coming after eating the toast nothing fancy. I imagine it got mega stuck in her throat while swallowing, stale bread or sth

The coroner also had a look and concluded this. Just super mega rare toast damage.

If it was some regular person they could have saved her, but she had a certain heart condition so surgery was deemed impossible.

I noticed that too, that was a little too close for comfort. It is nice to finally see Irushia (dragon) be the one with the bullshit HP Regen instead of the enemy
