So I'm betting the girl was recording the whole thing or will get security logs of it happening, and immediately publish them which will make the MC famous for protecting them and also not wanting minors to have sexual relations. The others will all fail and learn quickly that they had no skill or value

He doesn't seem particularly viral to me... The title is clearly wrong~
Also, seems like a bad manager. Did he seriosuly never actually ask the members if they wanted to do pillow bussiness, before deciding it is a no-go for them? Like, I get why he would block it if they were unsure at all, but this seemed more like they were gung-ho about it and actually saw it as an additional company benefit to get to sleep around? So he only blocked it for his personal prudish sense of purity.
Also that girl that left with him seems rather stupid (or rather, she was prolyl just saying stuff to pursue her crush, I guess), thinking that what is important to retain success is some specific type of ability she thinks they lack but will gain if they stick with him (despite already having been under his charge for years...). If they would get it from staying with him, they would already have had it. And besides that, retaining success is rarely about any ability, and more about a combination of factor where a large part is luck, branding/image, and overall how you are received. Yes, some acting ability etc. can improve your odds in those categories, but is hardly required.
And considering they were actively scouted and he + company still believed in and retained them, they probably had enough of what they need for success already either way, and at the level where exposure is truly the only larger factor left.
