We haven't gotten any signs that time has passed beyond the character development of the MC becoming less of a dead beat

But i will take the copium, however it all points towards the author's art just changing...

It really wouldn't be that out there for author to just update her age to 17 or so.
Her art has changed a bit since introduced and this art style has a history of matching any appearance with any age.

Uhg, I changed my mind. Early on I think I said the kiddo is best girl, but she already is drawn with tits big enough to go beyond my range of "preference", and she is like not even 13 yet (I don't recall any birthday chapters). So at 20+ when she would be "viable" for picking she would rival or beat the mom and her 2 sisters - the genes of watermelon sized tits is strong in that family it seems.

So the only saving grace is size reduction operation or cancer - one is sad, both can apply to all of them, thou the youngest somehow has the most sane brain. In the end this stays as a "idiotic short manga to read", like any 1-page twitter stuff from the pantihose fetishist artist, or similar .

TL-DR: For pentako enjoyer this manga lost its appeal of having at least one cute small titied girl (who was debatable cause of age anyway). So the only think keeping it out of "dropped" is thats its kinda funny.
