Well, it's definitely odd.

It seems they knew she wasn't actually a child and that they needed to restrain her, while they didn't actually put those kinds of restraints on the children they had captured (and they weren't locked in or anything - the only security was the one guard). They probably didn't want to leave her with them since the children might be willing to help remove her shackles.

It was pretty weird that no one was actually guarding the shed though. And indeed, why would they leave her there instead of keeping her in the same room where they were drinking and from which they could easily monitor her.

Seems like it's not rly on fire 'cause it was more of an explosion? Though looking at other panels, the trees are way too close to her for her to be running on the hellfire path. There's also some grass, so... Maybe you're right, lol.

Either that, or we're seeing her far into that path (the range has a limit and she's in a big ass forest, lol).

Yeah, but she wrapped her feet with rope to get a bare minimum of protection and grip, while wandering the woods and that cave. It's not enough to even say she has shoes, let alone being comfortable pulling a wagon through the burning trench she made with that Hellfire spell.
