@KingoRodriguo I'm still learning the language myself, but I took a look at the raws and it seems Risa is telling Kouyou something along the lines of "you may think that's a good thing, but it's actually unhealthy." She appears not to be negating the "unhealthy" part but rather Kouyou's naive mindset.
