I mean, Cthulhu isn't exactly an English word to begin with, let alone one from Earth, so anyone hearing it out of the blue when they weren't expecting to hear his name would have trouble pronouncing it from memory. She do be slightly air headed tho.

Honestly, its daily updates so I'm not complaining. At the very worse you can just wait a week then binge the 7 new chapters, but if you read enough daily upload series you kinda get used to it... or maybe my standards are just low idk

Unironically, I could see a manga with the premise that the main couple adopt a child but say stuff like "Just because we're raising a child together doesn't mean we like each other!"

I think if it does go the Cthulhu route it will be heavily inspired but not exact one to one, like only the dream realm is in danger if totaly not Azethoth is awoken, and the final arc being the Truth Society trying to awaken orginal character not-Azethoth to destroy the dream realm. Or maybe...
