In the raws it says "（つや）艶っぽかった" wich means "glossy", as in glowing in a seductive or alluring manner. "Coquettish" is a perfectly fine choice, to me.

Well, scanlating this chapter almost gave me PTSD. I've never been closer to putting a trigger warning in front of a chapter, but then again, it's not the first time awful deaths happen in this series, so I figure most readers won't be too surprised. Anyway, if you're apprehensive, skip this one.
