I bet you could have a spin off sequel from the daughter's perspective only, basically she's living a dramatic harem life but the men keep on disappearing one by one and she doesn't know why.

Maybe the only way to complete the mission is to actually become/take over the group?

@Balance12 I think that's the point, to make the humans so comically evil that you side with the demon/demihumans by default. Personally I'm hoping there's some plot twist whereby the humans are actually justified in their actions somehow or else it would be a boring story.

I don't think translations are supposed to be literal? Like a'why are you very cruel" is probably "why are you so upset" or something like that

The shared universe thing is pretty misleading.

I like this series, but imagining what the witches could do if they were to abuse their powers is pretty horrific. Like the healer reversing cell growth so a healthy person disintegrates or assassinating through medical complications so it can't be traced, the witch making replicating microbes...
