@BlackwingYu He's had health related issues, and a couple years ago he was also in a taxi wreck that injured his hand. He's made comments about restarting soon (most recently in February of this year) but nothing's materialized so far.

It's a medical manga. It wouldn't really be a medical manga if there wasn't many cases. lol. It's also been spread over a year and a half. So the big cases are not really that frequent.
