@thisguyhere17 Maybe I didn't translate it well enough, but that girl in the flashback (who was Kaori) was trying to cheer him up. So her original last name was Naruse (her father's last name) but she took her mother's Higashiyama after her parent's divorce.

I have a passion for medical related stuff. I thought about trying medicine, but I just don't have the aptitude to become a doctor. I've worked for more than a year as a medical scribe in the ED. I consider this manga the best medical one I've ever read. Also as a warning to all, this manga...

@SveNo やる is one of those words where it can mean slightly different things in lots of situations. In this case, it is an informal, I would say, vulgar way to refer to having sex. I have used "do her" in the past with this word, but I ultimately chose fuck in this case as I felt saying "fuck...
