Sometimes I check these out because when some authors pretty much outright copy one of these trends, they put a very interesting spin on it and/or have just better (usually funny) scripts or drawing skills. Not this time. IT's about as generic and copypasted from existing titles as you can get...

You should look up accounts of people who were really marooned with that kind of situation and gender arrangement. Normally, I'd agree that in a lot of R15/18 fiction sometimes there's quite a lot of suspension of belief to play out the fantasy. But if you're marooned, there's no other people...

While the novel has it, the manga is expanding a lot on the group dynamics and the nature of the island. That's partially because there's no space in the novel for such detail when by a certain point, it's basically non-stop shagging and a full on erotic novel. Where each next relevant plot...
