While I always appreciate the efforts of a scanlation I do think the other group was doing a fine (much better) job and it hasn't been that long since the last release. I do hope the other group isn't discouraged, their work made this pretty good manga shine.

It's interesting, but I think this manga got better over time rather than the opposite. That feels rare, I even remember when this manga had like a 7.17 rating and now it shot up to 8. I think the author found this groove with this detective dude solving crazy crimes with his magic bag of tricks.

To be honest it's just no contest: you either like samurai milk lady or crazy mob boss lady. There's really no other applicable choice. For me personally, I'm boring, but mob boss lady is the most compelling.

I appreciate the translation but not only was possessed Elf-san's prose long but the font made it a bit hard to read. I guess it doesn't really matter since all of that will likely be brushed by next chapter anyway.

Mia your mans is about to have a gamer moment. I get why she isn't super budding into Mr. Murderfire (currently carrying her), but there's a limit. Then again these kinds of comics wouldn't be interesting if rich blue bloods didn't wig out over every little thing.
