It's now all first uploads in each language. The spammer was uploading 1 legit chapter in a different language and then upload spam under English. Looks like since we implemented this, the spammer has given up lol.

We've previously ruled on this before. The guy's username is an opinion or a criticism of religion. He isn't saying "kill_all_muslims", which would be against the rules. Until someone can explain why his name is a slur against Muslims (the people, not the religion), we don't see any issues.

@leaflady An opt in ad system would require a significant amount of people opting in to be generate any significant income. Ads have been considered and are still a last resort as we have not exhausted all possible options. @RoadMovieToBerlin link me a chapter with this issue and we'll investigate.
