Dropped as soon as a serious love rival got introduced. That kind of drama I can do without in my Slice of Life stories. I had high hopes too, the characters and world-building was interesting.

Author just retconned the MC apparently. "Oh actually, I was aware of his feelings all along" is bullshit. That's not storytelling. You gotta show your readers what the MC actually feels, you can't just erase her character traits that you, the author, has given her. What's the point of deceiving...

@sedition they do not really care about readers. Well, that's not really true, they care about paying readers. That's why they remove stuff when other people translate the same stuff. They don't want to compete.
