As for this chapter... the pages feel out of order but I don't think they are, it's just a poor panel flow. The only issue I have is that... in Chapter 38, the big cat monster was a "Spike Leopard" but in this chapters it's an "Iguana Leopard".

In general MTL is workable, the problem is that most groups that use it don't have real editors. They just have people that take credit for being an editor while 'ok-ing' absolute gibberish to be put on the page. There is a big difference between poorly translated (MTL) and gibberish that...
