Trust me I've looked around. I can't find any full doujins, but he does draw lewd art of his characters for his fanbox. He has a lewd but sfw work version and an 18+ version of every illustration.

I feel like eventually this manga needs an arc where one of them gets in an accident and is in a coma so they are constantly in the sleep world, and that becomes the only way to see each other. Anyway, I love this manga. it is my favorite recent manga.
