It isn't the sniping that's making people angry. It's the chapter skip. And I imagine also them using two different accounts to upload, so that blocking the user didn't stop people from getting alerts to chapters they have no interest in. Because they have no context for WTH is going on.

Exactly my thinking. I think this racetrack may have a system in place to take advantage of those who understand horses well. If knights are extremely well educated on horse racing, then it makes sense that any successful racetrack, which relies on the house willing, will have learned to fool them.

I don't block groups much, even if they output bad translations. UToon (aka FreakScans and ManwhaFreak, before they rebranded), however, has done things that warrant special treatment. I can muddle my way through most crappy translations. Outright defacing the art out of Puritan-level...

Yep. Also, in the case of fragmented chapters, I think the translators are more likely to lack necessary context, and so mistranslate more often. Even when you put the partial chapters Xaar puts out together, there can be issues with coherence. I think that's why the full chapters from the other...

Hard disagree. The author is playing certain manga tropes (nervous sweating, piercing glares, characters wearing uniforms constantly) and turning them up to 11 while making them an actual thing happening in the story. Also, this:

Yep. I've noticed, on a couple of occasions, that demons (and Iruma) tend to make faces somewhat resembling their Wicked Phase sometimes, especially when they're in situations where they're indulging in their ambitions or desires. Kinda helps drive home that they aren't really different people...
