There's a comedy manga called D-Frag! where most of the main cast operate by insane troll logic.

Yes. One of the things I don't like at all about the manga is that it does not convey at all the insane, chaotic way Haruka's mind works. He's very well a D-Frag! character given power and a mission.

Half of the chapter were just the credits. I love how chill the chapters are, but I despise the slow release rate when there are longer supermarket lists.
