Yes. One of the things I don't like at all about the manga is that it does not convey at all the insane, chaotic way Haruka's mind works. He's very well a D-Frag! character given power and a mission.
Half of the chapter were just the credits. I love how chill the chapters are, but I despise the slow release rate when there are longer supermarket lists.
His power output is not strong enough to deal with defense, the collapsing cave and protecting dispersed targets. But there is a solution to that quite close.
Yeah. She's also an actual child, and more-or-less conceited due to being way smarter-than-average, so I'd say her attitude is on the better side compared to other similar anime/manga examples.
