This, this is the exact reason why i love manga, the way these stories can shake up my buried emotions is... is simply too much to put correctly into words.
Somehow i feel that the "I can fix her" stories are way lesser than the "i can fix him" stories, but it might be because i started reading more western books... and for some reason books aimed at YAs are the ones most likely to have the strange niches i suddenly feel the need to read.
To me it seems implied that "Senpai" did something to his drink and planned to "get him" this night, i think that this is the case because of the protagonist's remark about being too tired and "Senpai"'s weird behavior and comment about him looking like his favorite idol.
Nah, that's a clear violation of the bro code, Broses said once "Thou shall not keep a distance close than one arm away at an urinal", that was overruled by the fall of the Broman empire as that should be an obvious unspoken rule among men.
I high-key hate this trope, even when i know full well the character is just teasing... like Riku in Kingdom Hearts 1... i even re-started the game until i won the race by "first try" just out of spite.
Yeah, there's nothing wrong, but it is a case of a crossdressing character who cares a lot for what's feminine and what's masculine (albeit, for different reasons than some may think).
To be fair, i remember a shoujo manga where the main guy was a dude who crossdressed because he only liked girly things... he loved girls so much he wanted to look like them.
