I thought I saw somewhere that the manga wasn't going to adapt ALL of the LN and just go to the end of this arc. Is that true, and if so do we know if there are plans for like a sequel manga to finish the story?

Given this is supposedly a gag manga (with a better plot than most things in media in general , not just manga), it wouldn't surprise me. but the current tone of the manga means she'll probably have to keep practicing anyway.

I know their different stories (or maybe connected?!), but I imagine the reason Ren and Sumari didn't have kids is because in the other vampire story Zyugoya did, Heal and Squeeze, he says humans and vampires can't cross breed. So I'm guessing thats still true here too.
