From what I have read it's more like: World A: TakumiA & YuuA World B: TakumiB & YuuB (Nyaachi) At a rail switch, TakumiA and YuuB (Nyaachi) somehow ended in World C. There may or may not be a very confused TakumiB and YuuA in an unknown World D. Then again, it may just be my headcanon.
