Its probably either because chapter 0 was a one shot meant to propose a story and chapter 1 is the actual serialization, or chapter 0 is a more into the future kind of intro, although I dont find the latter likely.

I did reread them, but what happened this chapter, and even on previous ones, fits more to bitterness or stuborness than tsundere. Besides, she has not in any moment shown Albert any “dere” moments. She has always put up a wall between them, not tsundere at all.

Cecilia being tsundere? When? About Hepatica you mean? Or the Prince? In both cases she is not being tsundere at all.
