This story is full of extremely twisted characters that are way beyond help. I love it.

My sympathy for the dev teams depends if this is a "we're doing just we're told" or a "we're all in on it" scenario. Given the one reply I've seen from a dev (Ataraxic) in this thread, I strongly suspect it's the latter, in which case, no sympathy. They should just take the L already and undo...

I'm glad that MD is getting pretty clear feedback (read: getting absolutely bodied) that no one likes the new comments, which will hopefully make the request of an alternative button obsolete.
