Damn, this breakout arc should serve as a textbook lesson on build-up. We're 13 chapters in and we really get the feel how complicated complicated things are. None of the usual quick, smooth, unrealistically easy stuff other, lesser authors use for this kind of thing.

If you're a lab experiment, or super-soldier, or supernatural humanoid entity, breakouts should probably be a tragedy of errors like this, and not the one-chapter "oh, I broke out, let's explore this brave new world" things we usually see. I really appreciate how things have progressed in an ad hoc, hit and miss, plan-as-you-go fashion. I'm absolutely thrilled to see how many side characters have been involved, how many frustrating detours have happened, just for the two main characters to be… basically in the very same place they were ten chapters ago.

Wanan is a genius. I can see how they created such a masterpiece like No Home. Can't wait for more of them, and will be on the lookout for their next series.
