I'm not wholly convinced. I'm gonna hold to the idea Drama club sign of cast change... Yotsuba is originally casted... Nino is at the pancake stall at the beginning of this chapter (when she originally voted for the boys stall??)... so she's subbing for Miku who took over at the drama club for Yotsuba. And after Miku collapses and Yotsuba finds out, Yotsuba will be distraught that she's caused her sisters trouble all the time and finally straightens herself out in her "side."

I guess we'll find out next week... Fuu taking Nino to the hospital to have it out with Marou and while at the hospital the collapsed quint is brought in.

Another thought... if it wasn't Miku that collapsed and Miku was just taking a break from the stalls... then Miku would have been able to clean up the stall and Nino could stay with Yotsuba in the hospital.. or with Fuu when she sees him with Fuutarou.
