@StrangePibcuo I interpreted it as Fuuts thinking that no matter how long it has been, the Quints will always be the same towards each other. In page 33, he recalls having a similar argument that mirrors what's happening in his wedding right now. And in page 37, he sees that the Quints, no matter how old, are still playing around with each other like they did when they were in high school.

I have seen the ending now I can begin reading this without getting too invested when I see either Miku or Ichika have their moments with Fuutaro. I liked Youtsuba but I seriously did not expect her to get the guy so I'm curious as to how this was built up, let's do this.

I think the series ended in a very good way, just not with one of the three girls i thought were suitable for it. The two that would have disappointed me were Ichika because she fought by far the dirtiest, and Yotsuba, because she simply didn't have interactions with Fuu nearly as good or frequent as any of the other girls.

Itsuki was my favorite character, because she from very early one showed the biggest potential for development, and she had a lot of good moments. She was the first introduced, had many of the biggest moments in the beginning of the series, and had the most involved arc outside of romances; and exactly because of that i expected her to not be the one, and was fine with that.

Great series, I'm happy with the outcome despite my preferred Nino ship sinking

Miku is the most popular because she's the most relatable

The artist needs to get in contact with some authors who can actually write proper endings, I have no problem with the chosen girl, since fanwars would have happened no matter which one won but at least do it in a way that makes fucking sense... Either give multiple endings or dedicate the real ending to the main and girl stop shoving all of them together in every panel. The series started so promising but just like many others (Bleach and Nisekoi are some examples of the same shit) seems like the ending was never fully planned from the start.

This manga falls into the "moderately entertaining, but no real investment" category.

As in it wasn't so terrible that I had to stop reading, but I didn't really give a fuck about the plot anyway because the main character was bland and the whole plot revolved around figuring out which of 5 near-identical sisters was which... over and over and over again. It helped that the art was decent at least.

But yeah... the first time I saw Itsuki in glasses was the moment I decided I'd just focus on her being the best of the five. There have been a few good shots of her with them on, so that helps... plus the fact that she showed the least interest in the boring-as-fuck Fuuwhatever.
The moment Nino mentioned contact lenses was what branded her as worst. I just decided that Yotsuba was 2nd worst because she was the stupidest AND a bit of a doormat... which would have made her worst if not for Nino's fuckin contact lenses (the archnemesis of glasses-fetishists everywhere). For the other two Miku was just more appealing than Ichi in most senses... but still a nude-face... and the differences still kinda meaningless.

Anyway... yeah. I never really gave a fuck about the ending beyond confirming that it was NOT Itsuki in the wedding dress... and that was practically made a certainty before the story was even halfway done as the only romantic development Itsuki had was right at the start. She was pretty much forgotten as even an option early on. The rest I was just reading on sheer momentum and watching for more shots of Itsuki in glasses.

So yeah... not good, not terrible. Sorta meh... It happened.

I have shit taste so my opinion doesn't matter but I enjoyed this read, Yotsuba shit was unexpected due to lack of build up but I like her so whatever. Though I seriously hate this shit with Harem manga where it's always the childhood promise girl that gets the guy. Whatever I thought it would be Itsuki and I was wrong.

RIP NINOFAGS may we rest in peace

Happy ending... Maybe they should go to a fantasy world so they all can marry him

Welp time to finish other mangas
