Another option I found easy is that Twitter/X has this advanced search function which has this exact phrase search.

1. I just copy-pasted the title
2. Added the chapter number behind it. (男女比1：39の平行世界は思いのほか普通 39)
3. I then got this "男女比1：39の平行世界は思いのほか普通 39" in the search bar. The double quotation marks indicate that it only shows what's inside the quotations marks.

So, if you were like I want to look for chapter 58 for eg.

1. Copy-paste the link we got before with quotation marks.
2. Change the chapter number to 58 ("男女比1：39の平行世界は思いのほか普通 39" -> "男女比1：39の平行世界は思いのほか普通 58")
3. Hit enter and it should show you that chapter number alone.

This may sound complex and all but it actually helped me save some time. This search stays in my search bar so each time I want to look for a chapter I just do this.
