not for me thanks - i don't like the prospect of always being sore somewhere :huh:

luckily my build is decent enough that i don't need to actively work out in order to not look like a stick, so i can justify not going.

There are plenty of transformation vids on the video platform of your choice from skinny to this. And yes it works unless you have some serious thyroids issue. But even then there is medication for it.

Just eat some protein, rest normal stuff. Go 3 times to the gym for a year and you should have some thicc legs. :D Maybe not 100 kg as a woman, but one 20kg plate each side for sure. :)
