@aiyikes: To be fair, unless the woman is deliberately doing exercises specifically to
greatly enlarge her thigh muscles (e.g. for bodybuilding purposes), the muscles as a whole wouldn't get that big and the individual muscles wouldn't be easily distinguishable from each other. Muscle strength doesn't always correlate with muscle size, the female body
is physiologically predisposed to focus fat accumulation in the thighs (as well as the breasts and buttocks), and bodybuilder-style muscle definition (and, incidentally, near-breastlessness) can only be achieved by effectively starving oneself of any possible source of fat to basically "dry out" your body of as much fat as possible, which can't really be sustained in the long term.
