Add a way to track accepted manga entries

We add new manga entries, it shows a 'submitted' icon if we submit the draft and a 'rejected' icon if it gets rejected, and if it isn't in the drafts then that means the entry has been approved. Why do the entries that we submit that get accepted, disappear into nothingness and we specifically have to search for it on the site to find it? There should at least be a label for our entries that have been approved and it should in our drafts.

And while we are it, why not add a simple default explanation for why the entry got rejected? We shouldn't need to have to scratch our heads for what we did wrong when we submitted the entry.
